If a CT gives an order and they say "go", an example is "All Ts go to iso." Does that automatically mean bomb-rush?

Normally if they don't specify what they want you to do, you are expected to get there without delaying, aka not shift walking, crouch walking, etc. unless asked to do so. So yes, you're expected to automatically bum rush in this situation.
