The t's are kids at a camp and cts are the counselors would need custom models for the map and the map would need all the t's to spawn in one area like the image shows the cts can have armoury of any kind and the t's could have secrets in the big spawn room

If it was a good unique map, with ample secrets and deathgames the server would eat it up. Make sure to spam link the video of the secrets so it gets played though.

 

 

But then who would be the principal if the teachers were the Ct's? Warden?

I dont find this to be a good idea if we need to make a map just for the event to work out right, as well as models and having ts rebelling.
