More map options on map vote

There are currently only four options whenever mapvote happens and it makes the surf server really stale and repetitive. I think that having 6 or 8 options would liven up the server and introduce people to new maps instead of having the same couple of maps played over and over again.

I don't play Surf very much at all, but I would think this would have the opposite effect, at least on servers like TTT and JB. People like voting for the same maps, so having fewer randomly selected maps to vote for would prevent the same ones from showing up on every vote. This would increase the chances of people voting for random or nominated maps, and if they wanted to play their favorite map, they could always nominate it themselves.
