Your IP was the same for the bragging post, as well as several other posts you had made previously. So yes it isn't hard to change your IP, but change it to the exact same IP you were posting with? I highly doubt that.

Okay so, good excuse. You want us to just believe that someone who has your IP, that obviously means it's you or someone living near you got access to your account and banned 4 entire servers? Are we supposed to just believe what you're saying and give you your admin back? Think about it. If it isn't you, that sucks but the evidence says otherwise and we aren't going to sit here and believe you without any actual proof.

 

As someone whose becoming a cop, I would expect you to know better. The proof points that it was you, you're saying otherwise. Proof>Hearsay.
