I've seen this on other JB servers where they have a plugin that keeps the ratio 1 to 2 and if its broken no one else could join ct I feel this could be beneficial to the server if we could replicate the same plug in

We currently have a plugin in place to keep the ratio at 2:3 or better:

 

 

There are some maps where a slightly skewed ratio in favor of CTs is favorable (razor, all its variants). I can run it by the team if we want to lower this 2:3 ratio, but for now that's where we currently are.
