I think what he is saying is the move hyped up the Browns this season, but overall the Browns and his performances are disappointments.

 

A lot of a player's success comes from the system and coaches they're under. This is what happens when a player who previously played for a good organization, experienced coaches, and a veteran quarterback goes to a bad organization with a inexperienced coach and quarterback.
