"And my friend was like "Yeah Why" And then he proceeded to respond "Ok so you know the phrase, "It is what it is?" Right? So instead of it is, you can simply replace that with it's and then the new phrase would be "it's what it's"" "My friend that he was talking to left cuz he needed to poop so then he started to ask me. So I said, "Well when you first look at the phrase it doesn't look like it makes sense because it's like you're speaking sand undertale but if you really think about it, it kind of makes sense so Yes but actually yes but technically no."
