1. https://www.steam-gamers.net/stats.php search your name(s) that you play with ingame and you'll find it (steam id works too)

 

2. Contact a BD (person with red name) assuming you're talking about forums

look to your top right corner where it says "stats" between the guides and banned. you can click on it and go to whichever server you play on and type in your name

you can change your name by messaging an BD (Board of Director) which are the one with the red names
