"cheating" lr

"Cheating" LR???

So recently I was playing on JB but well a T had won his previous LR and the CT never "pardoned" him but the T sent another LR and the CT accepted it and the T was winning the LR because the CT had like 3 hp left, then the CT pulled out his M4 and sprayed down the T he was in an LR with. Is this declared as "cheating" and is it allowed?

If the T won his previous LR then he is kos even if he sends another. "CTs do not have to respect pardons".

Well it's cheating in a sense that yeah the CT pulled out his primary and gunned him down but it's completely allowed since the T was KOS after winning the first LR.

thank you, I just wanted some clarified information because I have been seeing it happen more lately and players keep getting upset telling cts to slay because they "cheated lr"
