I was curious if an AT was allowed or had permission to unlock a certain skin for someone to buy that is no longer in the shop. If so I would really like an AT to unlock the Diva Summer skin and so can buy it for 15k credits because I have been saving up for it and finally reached that amount, is this possible?

Many skins are seasonal or only on the server for events. This skin in particular was part of @Charliere 's Overwatch event, and was removed from the server when it ended. The issue is that these skins aren't just 'locked' but removed from the server altogether to save space. If you like a certain skin from an event or that you've found elsewhere, and would like it to be added to the store, you can suggest it here.
