Um... using your Jihad is an attempt to kill which means you can be killed for it even if it is a dud and doesn't go off.

Greggy is correct, you are able to kill people for attempting to jihad you even when it is a dud.

 

Thanks for the notice, I actually didn't know this - I've never been killed before for activating a dud Jihad, so I had assumed that you cannot be killed for a dud jihad.

Yes, once you obtain 10,000$(CSGO dollars) in game you will be prompted to buy the jihad at the beginning of each round
