I've never been too good about building PCs, but at this budget, I might suggest simply buying a typical gaming laptop. I may be very wrong, but I think some prebuilt laptops can compare against some built PCs at around this price tag. I am biased, typing on a Acer Nitro 5, but it may be a better pick for you.

 

The 2020 version of my current laptop: Acer Nitro 5 - GTX 1050, Intel i5-9300H

You might want to consider looking around on craigslist/facebook marketplace/etc... and look for deals in your area first instead of buying every single part and building one, especially since Covid-19 is jacking up the prices of everything due to supply shortages. Like EpicFP said look for parts using apps or websites in your local area, you can clean and refurbish used parts which is great since they’re basically brand new after the process, you can also go on websites like pcpartpicker and the respective websites for those parts but don’t do it now since the prices are floated.
