Is there a way to see how long I've played on certain SG Servers or do I just do Mental math?

It's in the stats page, just click stats and search up your name, and then click the server corresponding to your name that you want to see playtime. You can see total accumulated playtime in the first section of your stats that has your profile picture.

Yes. At the top you should see a tab called “stats” once you click on that, find the server you’re looking for. If you’re on phone click on search, which I linked a picture here but if you’re on computer click on players. Type your name in the search bar, click on your name, then scrolls down until you see Counter Terrorists and Terrorists. If you’re on phone, just click teams, picture here

 

Then add up the times from both of them, and that’s your total play time on the server.

People have already answered the question for viewing time on the forums. You can check your stats on the forums, but you can also check your total connection time on the servers as well. However, I think the commands are a bit different from server to server. For example, on Jailbreak the command is /statsme, and on TTT I think the command is /stats (although I could be wrong). However, if you want to get an accurate total connection time, you're better off just looking on the stats page on the forums.
