Well he did, and he actually joined the server and I asked him nicely on why he didn't warn me if If my one sentence was being annoying, and then he told me to shut up and I said "Thank you" and he muted me. At the end he said "See you didn't shut up!"

Your question has been answered numerous times in slightly differently worded ways.. Continuing to re-word what you said in the first post wont give you a different answer.

 

Use vent, steam friends, text, steam friends voice chat if you'd like to have a conversation with your friend. It's an annoyance to listen to people talk about their day or random things when you're on a full or semi full server trying to play a game.

Admins don't get admin because they're respected pillars of the community who always keep a level head, they get it because they had 9 bucks spare change laying around.

What happened to bringing these complaints to other admins, and if necessary taking it to the complaint section. For christ's sake, the average age of players and for that matter admins on our servers is 13-20, most aren't quite up to becoming bureaucrats.

 

And if really think we don't screen at all go take a look at the waves of [Rejected] and [Reapply] threads in the admin application.

Er when you actually look through the appeal section there aren't that many who are punished. Recently there have been a few more though...

 

But I think it is a bit of both, you need to be respected and have money to pay for it aswell. People get through but when they show their true colours they get dealt with. Maybe you didn't know but I am against admin abusing/admins sucking at their job and I put some stuff forward but at the end of the day most admins do what they think is best, and if they don't its your job to catch them. You are part of the community too, instead of moaning get some proof and come back if you want to stop being abused. We can't be everywhere to see everything.
