It is a cheddar and pepper stuffed bacon wrapped chicken. The bacon cheese and pepper keep the chicken from drying out in the oven as well. Maybe I'll try making them in the future. Wish I had a smoker.. I imagine they'd taste even better using one instead of an oven.
