Honestly from reading the first 5 chapters it’s amazing, the author does a great job encapsulating the emotions and burdens the soilders carry on their backs. I’m not one for reading books but this is really good, definitely a good recommendation from me. 1 Link to comment

Its called How To Ruin Everything. I am about to start True North by Bill George per the recommendation of an HR professional at my company. Apparently it is a pretty interesting read about how to pair your employees with tasks that align with their strengths and interests, aka their "True North". Nothing super interesting but I have always loved reading leadership books. 1 Edited November 12, 2020 by Danno Link to comment
