[Applied] Team Fortress 2 Randomizer event

As the TF2 servers have been not doing too well recently, I think it would be a good idea to run some events to help population, as I haven't really seen any TF2 events over the past couple of months, that haven't been incorporated into the weekly challenges.

We'll be speaking to the Server Managers about this event. While obviously we don't want to change the game too much, it sounds interesting and might get people to try out some TF2.

As I know you guys like to stay really close to the actual casual gamemode, it really hasn't been working recently so I do think some changes need to be made, and that's pretty evident.
From what I remember when I was AT/SM randomizer was one of the actual choices for a server at the time (IIRC), yet we never actually gave it a shot. I really don't see any downside to this event at all.
