[Answered] Question: Abstain vs Reapply?

can anyone tell me what exactly is abstain and reapply; what are the differences between them(examples would be much appreciated)

 abstain means ur netrual and have no strong opinion on either liking the applicant or not thinking there qualified these votes are put when the person voting dosent have too much time with the person applying. Reapply is where you played the applicant a lot and have a strong vote of not thinking there qualified for admin these votes can be made for multiple reasons such as toxicity ,how they enforce rules, or present themself. Also there is no in-between these vote types like abstain leaning towards reapply it has to be a solid  reapply, support, or abstain.
