[Applied] Weekly Scheduled Scrims?

It's no secret that scrim has been dead for months, so I propose a weekly pre-scheduled scrim match every Saturday/Friday/Whenever you guys would think the most people would be on.

 

I'd even recommend this weekly match is casted and streamed on the SG twitch channel to attract more people.

 

If you guys feel this detracts from SGSL, we could have this monthly instead of weekly.

 

What do you guys think?

I think this is a pretty good idea. A scheduled match would probably attract a lot more people versus the way matches happen right now.

I agree, not many people  have the motivation to get everyone on and it might bring some life to the server if it is scheduled and people are aware a scrim is going to happen

I like this idea, might be worth a shot to try it out and see what happens. I haven't played a scrim in months, and every time I check the server it's 0/15. Having scheduled scrims, or times when people know there is a higher chance of other people being on the server, it might incentivize more people to actually get on the server.

 

If you're hiring casters you know I'm the best candidate.

sounds good but if this is the case, it shouldnt be first come first serve. let two captains pick from a pool of players that they think are best. it's no secret that no one likes having to pick a complete bot just because they joined the server before a faceit 10, rank S ESEA player
