>That doesn't really matter, what matters is how much time has it been since that order was given out. If it was just given out, Guards are required to give Prisoners sufficient time to respond, react, and complete an order. If all the Prisoners are already in big cage though, you can tell it's there's been plenty of time to complete the order, and our Prisoner buddy has been AFK long enough in the cells for his inaction to be considered blatant disobey. Just a reminder, that if the AFK T is not blatantly disobeying yet, you must treat them like any other disobeying Prisoner and give them a warning shot, wait at least three seconds, and then can kill them. Personally I would toss the guy a warning shot and pardon him because he's not harming Guards/running away, but that's up to you.

If Guards are purposefully serving warning shots and killing prisoners for not following the order while a repeat request has been made, and then they repeat the order, they will be punished.
