I Remember seeing the fundraiser for his house accident and hopping in the stream and donating some money that I could spare. So sad to see this my condolences to his family and close friends.

Rest easy Roux.

Truly saddened to hear this news and my thoughts remain with roux's family and friends at this unimaginable time of tragedy.

Many of you have vast memories of your interactions and friendships with roux, which have been warming to read and really shows the impact that roux had on the SG community and with each of you individually. To those that are working with @Johnon videos/clips/etc - Thank you. I'm sure this will be well received and warming to those close to him.

With roux's birthday also upcoming in a couple of weeks, I imagine many of you will continue to remember and celebrate his life.

I've witnessed fatal tragedies in my life outside of this community before, but never would I have ever expected to witness one within it.  Roux was an integral piece to SG--his personality and dedication to this community was incredibly influential; and that's an understatement.  Whenever logging onto SG's Teamspeak, it was his interactions I looked forward to the most when I saw him online because I already expected his sarcastic 'schtick' if he or I joined the same channel.  I will greatly miss his sarcasm, as I feel it closely resembles my own, and I also appreciate his takes on certain topics.  Roux, I will never forget you, my friend.

I'm truly heartbroken to hear such a spirited and golden hearted member of this community pass away. You've undoubtedly had a tremendous impact on this community that most of us will remember for the rest of our lives. I will remember you as a person who  brought laughter to this community with your personality and memes. You are a long standing member of this community and one of the finest I've met. I still remember the days you were promoted to the administrative team and the days I spend teaching you the ropes, the days we spend on meetings and the days gaming together. I had a lot of fun and I'm truly happy how far you made it in the community. I will always relish these memories we shared together.

I'd like to pass my deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. May you rest in peace my friend.

I always appreciated the many laughs and smiles i got from roux's posts. I am quite shocked and saddened to hear about his passing. He was always courteous, professional , and everything that seemed to define what many of us at SG strive to be : Good people.

My deepest condolences to those who knew him.

Man I am crying my eyes out. I have only just heard the news and it doesn't feel real.

Roux was a great influence here on so many here just by being himself. He was loved. That is reflected by the beautiful messages on this thread. He was always such a genuine, funny and real guy. I still vividly remember meeting him for the first time and having a fun little competition with him on 1v1. I remember laughing at everything he said and just having a blast. I left early, but during the time I had here you were one of the pillars that made this place somewhere many could come to distract themselves from life and have a good time.

It's crazy the impact that someone you meet online for only a short time can make. That in itself is a testament to the character you had. I want to send my condolences to his family and those who knew him well. Thank you for every good memory. Love you mate. Rest in peace <3
