We have some exciting promotions to announce! 

 

Joining us in the Community Advisor rank is not one, but five individuals! Each of them have excelled at their current roles and we are looking forward to see what they bring to the table. Please welcome oSen, Zero Two, BloodBlades, Happy Man, and your favorite Media Manager, thuxys! Their responsibilities will include: 

 

• Work with the higher staff on implementing important decisions and projects
• Handling player complaints and issuing bans
• Moderation of the forum
• Give awards to members on request
• Send group invitations to members on request
• Post in-game server problems on the forum
• Help in any way to make the servers fun
• Handle reported posts on the forum

 

 

Next up we have an old face returning to two ranks. Join me in welcoming darth jacen to the Marketing Team AND the Stream Team! His new responsibilities will include: 
 

• Manage all third party sites/applications.
• Manage all advertising, sponsorships, and affiliations.
• Recommend upgrades and general marketing aspects for the community.
• Research what the community likes / doesn't like.
• Upkeep the image of SG and help expand.
• Work with the Media Team to manage branding and community design.
• Work with Media team to manage social media accounts (Youtube, Twitch, etc).

 

AND 

 

• Streaming on the SG Twitch weekly
• Administrating Twitch chat
• Helping grow our Twitch following
• Work with the marketing team on promotional events
• Come up with ways to improve the Twitch channel

 

 

Now... the moment you all have been waiting for.

 

After years of battling the managers old and new, he was finally able to overpower them with his massive forearms and force this promotion. Welcome SGs biggest sweat HAXOR to the Events Team! 

Kidding! You actually thought he'd get Events Team? Never!

 

On a real note, Kopsta and Acer were wanting another slave member on the team. This individual has shown their dedication by contributing to event ideas and creating some of their own. Please join me in welcoming Easterpink to the Events Team! Their new responsibilities will include: 

 

• Organize, plan, and run events
• Manage/Promote special events on our servers
• Manage and monitor gaming tournaments
• Make sure servers are ready for all special events
• Schedule events to fill servers in need via the steam community
• Work with the Server Managers to create events that cater to community interests
