Who is in the wrong here?

We are playing simon says, Che (who is simon) says "simon says all t's freeze". So we freeze. But then Che says "all t's freeze", so me and another T don't follow the order because we believe that it was another simon says order, Che then kills us for not freezing.

The previous simon says order told you to uncrouch and freeze, meaning you were supposed to stay uncrouched and frozen, until the next order is given. He said all T's freeze, but you only follow the order when simon says, that does not mean you should do the opposite.

But simon can tell someone to do something without saying "simon says" and you are not supposed to do it.

That is true, but also using context you could figure out che was talking to the rest of the T's, and not participating in the game.

 

While this is one of those things that most likely needs to be officially stated by ZZL, I think that by default, if simon doesn't say "simon says", you follow the previous simon says order.

Simply put, while playing simon says, no order should affect you or make you do anything unless the order begins with “simon says”or simon dies.  Otherwise you will get killed…. So in this case his all ts freeze order shouldn’t make the simon says players do anything.

that does make sense but if he was talking to the simon players and they stayed frozen because he didnt say simon says they wouldve been killed

He had already told the simon says players to freeze so killing them would be fk since no order with “simon says” told them to unfreeze.

in most simon says games ive played people say simon says crouch than they say un crouch to try to catch them off guard and get a player out easily which to a player could sound like something che was trying to do to catch them off guard which is why they all moved
