If someone in TTT throws like a smoke or flashbang at you and hits you can you technically kill them? I know they're technically doing damage to you but I'm just making 100% certainty.

Damaging someone with a flash or smoke is considered a traitorous act technically. So by rule, you were damaged so you are allowed to kill them. I would personally be lenient over one damage but you do you.

However be sure you actually took the damage, sometimes they hit you but don’t actually do damage, this is also a reason why you shouldn’t kill someone if you see them throw one at another player.

When it does damage to another player, blood comes out with a flesh noise. But if it doesn't damage them, it makes a flesh noise without blood.

Regardless of the rules, you gotta have the stick inconceivably far up your ass to kill off a flashbang hit.

Yes, it is KOS by definition if the grenade does damage you for 1 hp or more, but like daft said, killing off of that is very despised upon.
