Admin Tierlist v2

@Strayyz is holding me at gun point and demanding I make a tierlist and is forcing me to read every single lynxie post please help. He is also demanding that you all post your admin tierlists below or unspeakable acts will be committed. Rate these admins from good at the top in S+ tier to all the way at the bottom for bad in F tier. Please do not take offense to any of this because everyone does a great job here at SG.
