No idea if this is allowed here but I wanted to know if this was a fk or if Oza was justified in killing me in this clip. For context, I had an unrestricted freeday for participating in an optional deathgame earlier in the round and all of the other ts were in pool. I had no intention of picking up this gun and in all honesty I was waiting for orders on how to get past the gun and go into pool.

That’s a free kill. You were gunplanted. You had no way of not picking up the gun because he shot it into you.

It isn't a freekill as you had a primary. However, the CT who shot the gun into you could've gotten slayed. That being said, usually if gunplanted by a CT, they would let you drop the primary but in this case he just killed you.
