Isn't this just camping armory? If so, why doesn't anyone get banned for this? Is this allowed and I'm missing something? You mentioned an admin was online so I'd suggest using !calladmin or Admin Chat to report them. If the admin is actively playing/fighting it's pretty understandable they won't be able to see what you're able to see, so taking a recording of rule infractions and creating a Player Complaint is a really effective method of punishing rule breakers. 2 Link to comment
