Make a schedule. Redefine to yourself why you're trying your ass off at school besides not wanting ur parents to beat your ass or whatever the fk. If your impulse control and reward center is really that fucked that you can't sit still for an hour or two after some legitimate effort maybe a psychiatrist or doctor. People come and go from here like they're going to be so busy with whatever the fuck then they realize after a few hours of doing something challenging it's fitting to reward yourself with something you enjoy.
