Cannot see certain things in the discord.

I can't see anything in the rules channel or information channel, can someone tell me if this is just me or an overall SG discord thing.

On my phone it is the same thing like I can't see anything there and reset discord AND my pc and nothing changed, a bit later I'm gonna go through my discord settings and try to find out what it is.
