What does the minimum thing on the game mean?

Im looking at csgo's requirements and valorant's and im able to play valorant so much smoother than csgo I have no clue what it is

Probably has something to do with settings, most likely you have all the csgo on high or the highest and valorant on the least. The ones that affect fps the most are graphics and shaders. It also could be that you have many different downloads from servers that csgo just has too many.

CSGOs minimum requirements haven't been updated since the stone age. 

 

Also, unlike Valve, Riot actually gives a shit, so that might also answer your question.

Valorant just has an overall more optimized engine and the graphics all though they are in contrast to CSGO's realism are a lot less demanding on your computer. Also just like Daft said, Riot will actually continue to optimize there game like they do with league of legends strictly because they actually throw money into there games.
