Everything you said here was fucking stupid. ZE was not used as a quick promotion, the effort poured into ZE was not because some people wanted a fancy rank. It was a whole-hearted effort to actually make it work, nothing was half-assed. People left not because of the laziness you're implying, it's because they spent so much time popping the server that they were burnt out. And to downplay returning members that came back to help as "people who are less deserving" is frankly insulting.

 

Who the fuck even are you to comment on a server you never even touched (1 day ze, nice) and pretend like you knew everything that happened. Then, and this is where it gets really stupid, you have the fucking gall to effectively say that "they're didn't really care about SG" because of what? They only play ZE? This isn't cascade, if they were they would be playing GFL not giving a shit about reviving some dead server. The forums and discord is not "SG" and just because the ZE players don't use them doesn't mean they're not SG players contributing nothing.

 

Stop pretending that you're on some moral high ground and that everything management/players/whatever related is the reason why SG is dead.

And stop using ZE to prop up your shitty message.

SG is older than some of the members here today, with a wide range of people and it keeps evolving forward with care from current & past BDs. CSGO is an old game, and for it to keep going as it currently does is more down to the community of players than anything else but it's still old, as we await for Valve with HL3 & CS spin offs!

 

All the SG staff past and present have done, & continue to do great work here. It is very successful over nearly 2 decades and for those who are not teenagers, we have a life to live too, some of us are parents, some have kids around the same ages of those coming on or older. I also love how ZE gets thrown into the mix again without real knowledge or experience of its rich history.. 

 

Ask not what SG can do for you, but what you can do for SG. Step forward and be the example, for there is many that do.

Some of this is pretty much vast generalization but if you've been here long enough & don't see that OP (whoever the fuck he is) actually has some good points you're huffing some straight funny stuff or something lol. No need to gaslight this guy and ask for specific suggestions when he's literally saying it's a problem from the top down and everyone at the top needs to be replaced. That is literally what he writes in his post.
