As you can see from the photo he tried sending me an invite to this discord server saying they pay money and stuff it's obviously fake this is some really sad and pathetic stuff.

Usually these accounts that are compromised are controlled by bots. If you take a moment to try to have any conversation, they wont respond or will repost the link. 
If something seems suspicious, it probably is, and could use a little investigating.
