Waffles have way more opportunity, you guys gotta experiment, find a place that makes authentic Norwegian waffles and you'll lose your mind.

 

Here's a couple waffles. My wife and I go to this local place that serves brunch with specialty waffles. Mine was a spicy egg/bacon mix, hers was a smoked salmon/cream cheese/onion mix.

I vote waffles, cinnamon rolls are something I make from scratch a lot (dough and all) and they’re really good when prepared that way.
