No, the more people make fun, the more she is likely to do something drastic. She might become extremely depressed, we do not know her history, her sensitivity towards her weight even when the comments made are expressed on the internet, or why she is that obese in the first place. She may have an eating disorder and not just be someone who doesn't take care of her health. Even if she didn't take care of her health, she is now showing that she is trying to lose her weight because she couldn't even walk. Try not to be such assholes by falling into each other's mob mentality and take the piss out of people like her. I respect her for trying to lose her weight in order to improve her overall health. It's not easy.
