Do not jump to such conclusions. Based off the mathematical theory of probability, the probability that God's existence is indeed real is extremely high. The same theory (It had obviously been adapted for use of God's existence) was primarily used to determine whether there is other intelligent life out there in the universe besides we humans and it was concluded that there was undoubtedly 'aliens' out there purely through mathematical reasoning. It was nice of you to try and turn the tables on me with this 'close-minded' stuff, I'm flattered.
Of course religious people are more open-minded. No, you couldn't say that athiests are open-minded enough to accept the possibility of evolutionism. Evolutionism stemmed from the science of biology, and since science is the study of what we determine to be 'facts', then there is little to no faith involved.
A religious person by definition is not someone who denies the theory of evolutionism, as Slavic has already stated before me. Turning to insults isn't going to get you very far in philosophical discussion, just a heads up.
I was not making refference to you in this quote. However if you want me to respond, whether the definition is legitimate or not in your mind is your own comprehension and as I have said before, I am not here to 'convert' you to my way of thinking, I am here purely for discussion purposes.
Please don't go all defensive and start lashing out with insults, I thought that you would be mature enough to handle it. It has been a really interesting discussion so far so keep it up.
