Anything that does less than 100 damage is a warning shot. If you want to be a dickhead legging people with an AWP to give warning shots, it's perfectly fine. Don't expect people to be happy with you, but you're not breaking any rules. PB has been doing fine for soooo many years without some magic pistol, and it will continue to be fine, seems very pointless imo.

is the whole reg event really necessary? I think the captains know the community well enough and see who is what rank, and most of them know who is nuts and who is trash. I think they could pick their teams without a casual server, just seems like a bit of extra fluff that isn't needed. i'm excited for it either way tho, thanks for organizing it .
