  1. A futile attempt. EBAYER! When you get the account, maybe you should start a new character on it as the class you want to play, and start from level one so that you at least know how to play the game/ class.
  2. You didn't think yours was unique, did you? Or even one in less than 100,000,000?
  3. Raptors are fast, but if you have the money, Solid-State! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solid-state_drive As for how many... Just depends on the motherboard and case limits. Terrabytes are cheap and you shouldn't need too many of those.
  4. "This video is not available in your country." Heh.
  5. http://uncyclopedia.org/wiki/Main_Page Better. And yay for one word posts.
  6. Over 9000

First off, 4chan is a group which has a majority of members that are just retarded kids under 18. Second, anyone who visits the site on a regular basis is a likely a faggot. But this is funny. *She is referring to 4chan here* 1G0tuu5z9io "His group has over nine thousand penises, and they're all raping children." Just penises. Over 9000 of them. All raping children. Right now. All the time. Just penises with minds only to rape children. She is retarded. Don't get me wrong, pedophiles should be shot if they ever act on their thoughts, but Oprah is retarded.
  7. Today, I be makin' extra use of me pirate keyboard! RRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!AVASTRRRR!!!R!RR!RRR!R!R!!R!R!!!
  8. Note that the car the police are chasing goes out of view of the camera right after it makes the turn (for ~2 full seconds), and all you see afterwords is a horribly blurry view of one area of chain link fence, and no evidence of any fence to the left of the visible pole which is to the left of the cruiser which can be seen as the cruiser makes it's turn toward the fence. The car ahead pulled off a fair deal before the police car. Note the black mark on the road right before the car being chased goes out of camera view. When that car is across from this black mark, it is already off of the road. By the time the cruiser gets to it, it is just beginning to turn. By the time the cruiser gets to the fence to see the car being chased, it could have easily made a turn though a fence, or a gate off camera and to the left. Red is the cruiser, white is the car being chased, yellow shows approximately where each car was by the time they got to the black mark on the road, pink shows where the car being chased was off camera, blue is the fence, bright green are fence posts. Or of course, the other option that makes complete sense and has proof backing it up (By proof I mean that it is the simplest [yet most complicated since it makes absolutely no sense], or rather easiest conclusion to come to.) is that the car is actually not solid matter at all (yet manages to stir up dust like solid matter might) but is in fact an apparition. (which cannot possibly be explained by any means of conventional science or technology possessed by man) Maybe both the police officers and the camera were tripping on acid. Or maybe the car just ran through the fence during the ~2 seconds that it was off camera. What I mean to say by all of this is that yes, ghosts are real and this video proves it.
  9. If you still can't find out how long ago this thread died, remove your brain and reinstall it.
  10. I won!!! I liked the ruler. Quick, simple, and not too messy.
  11. odd mail...

[sarcasm] (enabled for the sarcasm impaired) You die when you open ANY email, retard. I'm surprised you don't know this already. It just may take some time. Anywhere between one second to one hundred years. [/sarcasm]
  12. People who talk in games like CS about non-relevant stuff, and go on and on with a conversation with 1 (one) person in a server of 24+ need to learn to stfu because 22-30 other people have to listen to it as well. Those people are usually under 15 and have nothing interesting to talk about anyway --- other than about how big of a noob they can make themselves look like by treating VOIP in CSS like a private telephone line with their idiot friend on the other line. Conversations should be kept to vent, or servers where everyone knows everyone else. Oh and that RL game too. They work in there most of the time. I don't play much of that though cause it's basically an MMO. You need to work at your char, make money, and gain skills. That's cool and everything, but you need to pay money just to eat in it! Seriously, EVERYTHING costs money in that game, it's stupid and a ripoff.
  13. EVE Online

Eve's learning curve is indeed steep, and starts the moment you enter the game.
  14. The unrelenting, bitter cold, scathing feeling of not achieving internet popularity. lmao
  15. Living. I haven't figured out how to deal with this fear yet... Something tells me the answer is blatantly obvious, but I just can't put my crosshairs on it...
  16. http://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/showthread.php?t=5509 Still unresolved. What happened to John?
  17. **[EDIT]** Intended to answer how many ghosts it would require to power the super computer, not compute for it. ***[/EDIT]*** The answer is quite obvious, my friend... Let me explain: Wait... Where did the ark get that many people?
  18. The drivers you downloaded, http://www.download.com/VIA-Vinyl-AC-97-Codec-Combo-Driver/3000-2120_4-10163027.html are for onboard audio I believe (built into your motherboard). If you have a separate sound card, these shouldn't be the proper drivers for it. One thing to check that might make a difference is your audio settings, and what sound source it is set to (Headphones, two desktop speakers, 5.1, 7.1, etc.): Get to that menu this way if you don't know how. Click on control panel and select it from that window.
  19. "... they spend hundreds of hours playing the game every week." lmao. 168 hours in a week >.
  20. You see everything before it happens! But I guess by the time your brain actually registers it, and monitor latency kicks in it has already happened. Still... this concept of seeing things 1ms before they happen is interesting...
  21. Source doesn't require too much to run. The engine's (and CS:S's) graphics are becoming dated (still looks good, especially with Half-Life Episode 1 & 2 graphics). When Half-Life 2 came out, a system that wasn't even all that great could run it fine (my Radeon 9600 Pro ran it at med-high settings fine). What I am saying is that you could easily upgrade to a system (or even just graphics card) that would run 60+fps with no problem, and with only a few dollars. Try looking online for used components. That is, so long as what is reducing your framerate so much isn't something like a virus or outdated drivers. Would you mind posting your system specs if you know them? Processor: RAM: Video: Motherboard:
  22. Good thing I scrolled over it and saw meatspin, I almost didn't click it. So... If I am reading this right, you were not going to click on it until you saw that it was meatspin, suggesting that once you found out that it is a meatspin link, you decided to click on it? In that case, how many spins?
  23. I don't really understand why everyone is always putting WoW down to such extents. "WoW Ruins Lives" It's an MMO, and it's a fun one if you are playing it with friends. It's very popular, and so with more people, you are more likely to get more retards. People are stupid, not WoW. People get addicted to WoW just like any other game, especially other MMO's. A lot of people who play the game too much are just stupid and don't understand the meaning of the word moderation, or don't know enough to not get involved in a high end raiding guild that demands every night of your life to keep up with raiding. For those who are addicted to WoW, at least they're addicted to WoW and not drugs, because anyone who can get so addicted to a video game probably doesn't stand much of a chance against chemical addictions. The people who are stupid enough to do these things over a video game probably aren't much better with anything else in life, so better WoW than something worse. Oh, and out of a total of what, 9-10 million subscriptions (though obviously, not all are active), you're going to get your psych cases which are related to it. Of course though, you all know this. I'm just trying to say that WoW is a good game for the most part, especially when playing it with good friends. For those out there who tried it and didn't like it, it's probably because you (the majority of people who play the game and decide they don't like it) were playing alone for the first x levels, or didn't play past 20 or 30 which is when the game starts to pick up. (Also, play PvP servers, not PvE. PvE is lame.) In my opinion the game is only fun with the social aspect in it, it's boring as hell playing it alone, so it makes sense that it will lose most people in the first stretch (1-20) when people starting alone are unguilded and playing against NPC's with little to no personality. That and games with this general objective: "Kill x y times and you get z reward. With z reward you can kill w and get t reward so that you can kill s and so on..." Can be really stupid if you look at it that way. (you kill stuff so that you can kill more stuff) Anyway, blah, blah, blah, my opinion has been jammed into this thread now.
  24. Delete function... where is it.. bah, delete post!
  25. Oof, a meatspin! I wonder how many people clicked on that? You should know better.
