"Use" key seemed as the most convenient for that task. On top of that, you have limited amount of keys you can pre assign a command to (be either actually predefined keys or hooking to a command like your weapon inspect) and hooking it to flashlight would only make things worse and you can't really please everyone.

The idea itself is interesting, however there is this problem where a lot of the maps are split into stages and I fear we currently don't have a way to differentiate "actual" win from just surviving level 1 for example (unless the skillbot plugin allows for it). Other than that I wouldn't mind adding it, if we had a solution for that.

I don't really mind the rank plugin, but there are some quirks. Minor, really... I'd like to see which perks I can instantly equip instead of checking each and every one of them, only to find out - sorry too big of a noob for this skin etc. (What I mean is draw the items as disabled instead of as "categories" leading to equip menu). Eventually, more and more people will start getting higher ranks, essentially resulting in a battle between who is the leader (since you can select yourself as a leader, which is a bad perk imo). On top of that, eventually everyone will have the same stuff, making the top tier ranks not so special anymore and if it was my plugin I'd introduce seasons like in overwatch, where your score gets saved to view later, but every season it's reset and you start over, possibly getting some kind of reward depending on your rank at the end of the season.

It's sort of like surf. Without a miracle it won't have many players, but it's definitely a great gamemode, just like surf, to just chill out on and beat a few maps. Honestly I wouldn't mind a bhop server, but I expect it to be somewhat as popular as surf if not less at the start.

You've all brought up good points and a lot of them speak for my feelings towards this idea. Maybe I have not played gmod ttt back in the day and I also don't play much on our csgo ttt, but I can say that I prefer gmod when it comes to this gamemode, no doubt. Advantages in customization, mods, ttt specific addons etc. all stack up against csgo (because csgo isn't a mod friendly game tbh). However, as much as I'd like to have gmod TTT back (I loved the MGT event) I can think of few things instantaneously: This isn't the first time someone wants to bring back an old server Not entirely sure, but in almost all cases (or atleast 99% of them) people would beg for that specific server, but were not willing to populate it for more than a week Said servers would die out in less than a month The story likes to repeat itself Therefore the question rises - if people will be willing to populate it and determined enough to try for more than a few days? If we were to actually make it a reality, what kind of ttt - vanilla, custom etc. Would you want a specific meeting to discuss the server details with our playerbase (or during a community meeting). At the end of the day, it's still just my view on that and it's all up to higher ups.

From what I know it's just an issue with sourcemod (caused by the newest update), that in many cases breaks some functionality of the plugins. Basically, your points should be safe and so should be the tickets (unless they are not stored in a database, so correct me if I'm wrong).

Guys above pretty much nailed it, so going to keep this short (and because i can't write long essays xd) That's how the nominations modification was designed and I find the current setting to be at the very minimum - better than nothing. You don't want simply play the hardest map ever and kill the server, just because the server had X amount of people, without having any that know how to play that specified map. Speaking of people not knowing how to use that system, it could use a little bit of global notifications when someone actually votes for a map and it requires X more to nominate it. That will, if anything, be included in the next update when I actually get around to doing it.
