If you want to mandate in the United States that every citizen must be immunized, or rather vaccinated, I'd be willing to accept it, since it would be on the principle of the virus spreading via individuals to the masses. But only the condition the costs are split equally. Now wrap your head around that.

q9550 more or less is on par with the phenom IIs, with comparable pricing. The REAL differences really only begin to show when you start OCing imo. You can fork out the extra dough for an i7, even if its only a 920, but you will only acquire noticeable differences in processing over the Q- class and AMD chips if you OC, otherwise you're pissing away money. The person in question has no understanding of these concepts though, and would not benefit from a rig with an i7 CPU anyways, better to spend that extra money on a high class GPU. (Now waits for the fanfags to start foaming at the mouth as they spamlink benchmarks)
