I opened the dam thing found some dust, but those things look all the same to me. I didn't take any parts off, just the cover. I have heard about cpu but not gpu.

I'm not really good at computers, so I have to ask: Is there anyway to fix overheating problem, my computer gets overheated when I play games (In l4d I can play about 1-2 maps, css I can play sometimes minutes and sometimes hours, using console too much overheats my computer too.) This problem is wierd since not too long ago problem fixed it self and I could play any games as much I wanted, but now its back. I have intel dual core 2 prosessor, if i understand correctly, theese 2 cores are ?separately? can I change core somehow? I'm poor student so I have no afford to fix fan or something, so I'm hoping if there is settings to fix this, like turn fan manuallly up. (I can hear it working)
