I only have a file named config.cfg, not user at the first so I can't find the real one. Should I delete this one instead and install css again?

unable to remove c:\program\steam\steamapps\daniel143279\counter-strike source\cstrike\textwindow_temp.html! couldn't exec userconfig.cfg Host_WriteConfiguration: Wrote cfg/config.cfg So every time I try to change my resolution to (LCD) highest one, and quit CSS and restart it again, it seems like my resolution goes back to it's default option. I don't know if I'm missing userconfig.cfg or something like that. I've been roaming around google and searching and looking for help, apparently the only thing I got was to re-install my CSS which I've done 5 times now. So please if you possibly know anything about this problem, tell me.

I've changed the video advanced properties and I should probably run it in window before I try to reinstall. Thanks for the help.

This problem did just recently show up from no where. I played Age of Chivalry first and then it froze just of a whole sudden. But it seems like I didn't only have some kind of a problem with that game but also CS:S. When I play the game, everything goes fine it's not like my Counter-Strike:S has some kind of a problem. And then suddenly, it just freezes up and the computer is on but the picture of the game is stuck there and I can't remove it. I can only see my mouse pointer move when I move my mouse. If anyone have had this problem before, can you help me so I eventually get this fixed? Please... =/

I Pre-Ordered mine last month. I'm waiting for the demo to come out now on November the 6th. It seems to be a really cool game.

Are you talking about the 'Playing in same round twice' system or? I occasionally die because of joining the prison break server a 2nd time and then once the new round starts, I die, a bit annoying I think.
