liquid cooling for your budget is not really worth it, you could spend it on better components. also there is only one, pre-fab water cooling unit worth getting, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181010 get the artic freezer pro 2 and spend a bit more on the GPU. at the very least a 4870, or 250 GTX
