  2. Coh

I think we can all agree, Germans suck.
  3. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
  4. Quickly Garfield, put that in your user title! Combined we shall have the most awesome orange phrases in existence!
  5. Thanks and grats to the new AOs/MA!
  6. Sex.

    http://giggedygiggedygoo.ytmnd.com/ p.s. - I didn't actually watch that since I'm at school, so I'm just assuming it's what I'm expecting it to be ;).
  7. SpikedRocket is correct. To my understanding we are due for a pole shift sometime soon, actually I think we're a bit overdue. However, it's my understanding that the pole shift wouldn't happen instantaneously one day, it'll happen extremely slowly from our perspective. Many generations will live and die as it happens. In geological timescales it happens in the blink of an eye, but we're very limited and mortal beings ;). Also, for Earth to move to the galactic core in 4 years would require the Earth to travel at 1,948,650,977,000 m/s or 7.01514352 * 10^12 km/h or 4.35900809 * 10^12 mph. That's fast, really fast. 6,500 times the speed of light. According to our current understanding of the universe, that absolutely will not happen. It would require an infinite amount of energy to get Earth going just the speed of light towards the galactic core, and it'd take us 26,000 years to get there. I dunno where we'd get 6,500 buckets of infinite energy to propel ourselves to 1,948,650,977,000 m/s to get us there in 4 years! (that was a joke, laugh)
  8. Some corrections. The Mayan calendar doesn't "end" at that date, merely loops around on itself. Remember the fear over y2k? That is programs were storing dates as only the last two digits, 95 for 1995, 99 for 1999, etc... The problem was when it reached 00 it could mean 1900 or 2000. So the "calendar" didn't end, it merely created an ambiguity in it's interpretation, at least to the program looking at it. The same thing is happening with the Mayan calendar. At the 21st or 23rd of December, 2012* it will basically go back to the starting point, creating a technical ambiguity. The Mayan calendar started on 13.0.0.0.0** in Long Count. On the 21st or 23rd of December, 2012, it will be 13.0.0.0.0 again. I'd also like to point out that there are more parts to the Mayan calendar, but all these dooms day prophecies toss out all that extra stuff and just look at the Long Count. Talk about cherry picking! It's literally no different than the y2k bug mechanically. However, whereas the y2k bug did pose some serious problems, which were thankfully fixed ahead of time, the Mayan calendar presents no problem as nothing we use today depends on it. People talking about the world ending because the Mayan calendar is going to "end" are retarded, don't know a damn thing about how the calendar even works, and should all be summarily dismissed. Is there a chance the world will end on the 21st of December, 2012? Sure, there's a chance that the world could end, at least as we know it, every single day. A meteor could come at us with relativistic speeds and basically make Earth a pool of lava. Or there could be another plague, one which is far worse than the Bubonic Plague. We could get into a nuclear war and decimate the planet. Lots of things could happen. Next time someone brings this subject up, stab them in the brain, they obviously aren't using it. Also Venemous, our calendar is in fact infinite. While our months are cyclic, the year progresses from 0 and can stretch until we're sick of writing 50 digit years, assuming we're still alive as a species to care. It can also go back in time, BCE is equivalent to sticking a negative in front of the year. To use some math terms, our calendar is based on the integers, zahlen, Z, which is an infinite group (and ring). The Mayan calendar, only the Long Count part, is a finite cyclic group composed of the external direct products of some mod Z groups. I haven't proven this formally as I'm lazy, so you can just assume I'm right unless we have another math major on the forums who wants some extra credit. Also, since I'm a math nerd, Z is the only infinite cyclic group up to isomorphism. Just to confuse you some more ;). *There's some uncertainty as to when it will actually loop around. **The first digit was in the range 1-13, not 0-12, so it ends up being 13 rather than 0. P.S. I didn't see BOOWY's post. In either case I made a minor correction =). What we really need is one of the AOs/BDs to put a tag in front of this story. Something to the tune of [busted].
  9. I want those four minutes of my life back, that video was retarded.
  10. Finally I meet someone who takes the oncoming zombie apocalypse seriously! I continually warn people about the inevitable class four zombie outbreak but they always dismiss me as crazy. Spread the good word friend, and prepare yourself!
  11. I wasn't referencing your post AdreiD more some of the comments and tags, like "asl, crustycrustycrotchrot, prostitution, salty sea wench, show us teh titties!, tits or gtfo!, we want naked pics". If a guy had posted this thread it would have been different.
  12. "Thanks for supporting the Jupina Is Poor Donation Fund. You bought a level one supporter package, your reward is... meatspin.com. Thank you for supporting me, you perverted bastard!" It'd serve them right ;).
  13. I think some of the comments in this thread are rude tbh. Asking for help is not. Seriously guys, stop being dicks. No one is forcing you to post in this thread, so don't unless you have something better to say. If these were my forums I'd have deleted about 7 pages of comments and locked it by now.
  14. My dad won't let me keep it with me until I get a safe. I don't have a concealed carry permit or anything, and I live with room mates. Two room mates ago the guy kept his rifle in the entryway closet, and he'd have parties all the time and people would take it out and play with it. I'm not cool with that happening.
  15. I just have one (college is expensive -_-). Smith and Wesson Model 686. Sorry for not using an actual picture, it's locked up in the safe at my dad's house atm.
  16. I really like that banner you made Eldest. Even if you were to remove the zombiemurder text and put the steamgamers text in the top-right corner I think it'd be incredibly good. It's extremely good looking imo.
  17. Suri, I saw Tcp online and asked him if he'd like to do it. I've been pretty busy researching sourcehook, so I didn't really get a chance to do it. Thanks for doing it, Tcp. And sorry I didn't respond to your messages last night, I was a bit tied up.
  18. Indeed, I have to suffer using public reserved slots in tf2. You can't auto-join when a slot opens, you have to sit there and continually wait for it to drop below a number and hope you get in. That's annoying as hell. Hidden reserved slots ftw.
  19. And matt takes the gold medal in the Retaliation Relay! The crowd goes wild!
  20. Not... really.
  21. I could write a script for a taser. Handcuffs wouldn't really be possible.
  22. I opened the thread into a new window and heard Haggard and thought, "I'm not on vent... I'm on my laptop at work... What the fuck is going on here?" Mondays... Anyway, what is this? I missed something.
  23. The Pilot ACS looks fine, although I'd suggest you upgrade the barrel. If the craftsmanship is good it should perform admirably.
  24. I haven't played in quite a while, so I'm sure things have progressed quite a bit. However, a few questions first: You said you'd like to buy a new marker. Does this mean you want to buy one that is new (i.e. not old) or does it mean you want to upgrade from an existing marker you already have? If this is going to be your first marker I suggest a relatively cheap one (my first marker was a $75 pump action). If you're upgrading then you'll have to be more specific about what you have now. Price is extremely variable for markers. From $55 to well over $1,000. Before I quit I was using a Bob Long Millenium which went for $500 at the time, plus a $100 barrel for it. This was mid range back then. So what exactly are you looking to spend? As far as an electronic trigger is concerned, I have no idea what they're priced at now. I started when one of the first electropneumatic markets came on the market (the Angel). The E-trigger Potshot mentioned might be a good idea though, so you might want to look at Tippman.
