So... in light of a post that @Punky made it seemed pretty clear to me (of course if there's a chance that it isn't, don't risk it) that the !takeknife command is just as legal as before the update. So any updates as to what's happening, is it still staying removed or will this be reconsidered? The thread I was referring to: http://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/showthread.php?t=64834 As @Stunningjam actually just made me realise, the statement does say 'that allows a player to drop their knife' which we didn't do, we duplicated it. So I guess it's still an issue?

Being honest, it's the same as me saying I hate squeakers because they're loud and obnoxious. Although many are, I like a fair amount of squeakers because they aren't. Just saying. Although I loved your response xD So I won't type anymore ;)

As much as I understand some of what you said, I don't like the way you generalise every EDM artist that makes music into one. I dislike some of them for the reasons you said, in fact although I listen to a lot of EDM I dislike a large portion of the songs but certain artists (Yes, they are artists.) just make music that I love to listen to. You're right for some of the artists, some of the people, some of the fans, but they really aren't all bad due to certain reasons, they aren't the same.. it's too diverse for that.

Just so you know you can edit your posts rather than posting two if you forget something. As much as I love the idea of this, it seems pretty out of reach.

I like many various types of music, one of those being EDM, partially because it's awesome to listen to when you play games, but also because some of them have clear artistic style in the way they handle certain parts of the song, I've even made some myself. I like some songs from almost all sub genre's of EDM but I'd say I never seem to find any trap that I like. Glitch hop, drumstep, future bass, I quite like all of them as well as many others.

I've picked up a pistol a couple of times without knowing, being KOS for that would be quite annoying. It's a gameplay element that allows the T's to rebel (whilst originally following the order) with more tan just the option to charge a the CT with a knife. However all it requires is a moderately decent CT to spot it holstered and tell them to drop it. This is partially why T's are told to face the back of x and freeze, a gun check. Whether accidentally picked up or more likely intentionally I think it adds something to the game. Being an almost always T only player I guess I'd be biased towards the ability to have different ways to rebel while still allowing the CT's a chance to stop it, but I just feel it's good for the gameplay. Just my opinion

I know what you mean, but I also hope you understand that this is done for the gameplay side not the realism. If we were doing it for the realism T's wouldn't have knives and there would be no pistols or vents in cells. Unfortunately realism doesn't always make a fun game.

Okay so if it's a primary, no. In fact if it's a primary they can just kill you. However I'll leave that aside as my assumption is you're talking about a pistol. With warning shots it has to be from some kind of disobeying. For example if the order is 'be in big cage' you can be warning shot before being told to go back as you're disobeying an order. Unless the CT has specifically said to drop the secondary, then assuming you're going to the correct place they have no allowance to warning shot. Yes this is a freeshot and yes you have to be told to drop it before they shoot. This issue of shooting before actually giving a clear order has happened before from what I've seen. Similar to when someone says 'go to x' and they were about to tell you to walk, yet you already started moving, so they shoot you and then say 'shift walk'. This is indeed a freeshot.
