When Was The Last Time You Really Pushed Yourself To Your Physical Limits? Whether it was a good day at the gym or a hike up a mountain, physical exertion usually comes with an interesting story. My freshman year of highschool was probably my peak physical performance lol. During my freshman year, I ran a 6 minute and 53 second mile. I remembered pushing my mind and my body to persevere throughout the mile, running my ass down the track field and collapsing on a grass hill due to exhaustion after running the mile. Do you feel as if exams need to be replaced with more efficient assessment formats? If so, how/what should it be changed to? For the past century, the United States education system has hardly changed; With good reason. It's highly efficient and is proven that it works well when compared to other nations' education system. One flaw I see with the education system is the exam format. An exam is nothing more than a memory dump imo. While this allows students to provide an opportunity to showcase what they've learned throughout the semester, I don't believe that an exam should be used as a tool to properly evaluate students and their intellect.
