Change of plans: The official ruling for it is my original post, the catwalk in pool is not KOS and neither is the fenced off area that the catwalk leads down to (saw that mentioned in this thread somewhere). However, the ladder that connects the pool catwalk to the armory catwalk is KOS. That's how it is, that's how it's staying. People have thought different ways about this for a while now from what I remember. We discussed it though, so I'll explain how it works. This catwalk is obviously KOS - it leads right into armory. This ladder is KOS because it goes up to the catwalk that leads directly into armory window. This ladder is also KOS because it's only purpose is to either leave the KOS catwalk or go down to it. This platform however is NOT KOS. I'll add this to the FAQs when I can.

Actually, warden is disabled fully (I meant to announce this), the simplicity of the plugin just wasn't going to work out with the direction we wanted to take it. This again unfortunately comes down to the fact that we can only work with whatever public plugins we can find. Warden isn't accessible by anyone as of right now. I've honestly always thought that people giving orders without a mic is sort of a problem, but I don't really think it's plausible at the moment to restrict it completely. I wouldn't mind seeing other opinions on this, but I'm pretty sure most people are against restricting it anyway.

I see that you've logged the necessary amount of hours since then, I'll manually remove the ban and I'll have to see what the problem is with people not being unbanned. Edit: Unbanned.

There was way too many models and we opted to remove the Helga one, probably not gonna add it back. And I'm putting a hit out on Moon if he adds anime models.

I added the model for CT side VIPs on PB, your post is lacking detail so I don't know if that's the server you wanted it on. Like Leon said though, completely up to the person who runs each server.

These are the VIP perks, hasn't been updated with the new commands yet though. Here are all the commands I could remember off the top of my head, there might be more: /namecolor /settag /colors /me /mvp [MiniGames only] /ws /knife /gloves /sprays /mm /coin /music / !musick for MiniGames /models for your extra models Hope it helps.

The fact that he was allowed to be killed is not overridden by it being a 1v1, you can still kill him.

? A benefit of Forced LRs is to ensure round delayers die quicker, an LR in itself is not only there to end the round, some people actually enjoy doing LRs. The rule doesn't make it more lenient for delayers, it makes it so the LR system actual rewards players instead of making it seem like an instant death sentence once 3 people are left. It's limited to 3 LRs max before being eligible for death and honestly, thus far, it doesn't seem like it's a problem to the point where rounds are all lasting until the end. Like I said though, it's subject to change, but I think it's way too early to consider going back on it.

Discussed it with @DickMeLater, no change regarding the two razors is going to happen. People vote for the maps and you barely see RTVs while playing them for a reason, people enjoy playing them and it keeps population up. Both maps have huge amounts of time played on the server and if we were to cut that time in half by putting them on the same cool down it wouldn't do the server any good. Rejected.

Rejected, both are very similar but the current one just seems to do better when being played and they're too similar to put on the same rotation. Thanks.

4/26/18 Quick LR rule change: In the event that there is more or an equal amount of CTs compared to Ts, a T doing an LR cannot be killed if they win, the max amount of wins is 3 before being eligible for death. (ie. 3 CTs vs 1 T and the T wins an LR against one of them, he can't be killed but can be forced to immediately do another one.) If this needs to be modified it will be, but this is the rule for now.
