I voted no because the map is really good and it seems to me like people enjoy it if there isn't some random guy continuously going to the one-way and I don't think we should remove it because of that.

Believe @Goku's current stance on secret ladders are that they're KOS, can't remember if he made a set in stone rule about them. It will probably be either they're all KOS or none of them are KOS because if some were KOS and some weren't it'd take a while to specify each and every one.
