Your posts are kind of pointless. You can report them with a player complaint if they're doing this kind of thing because it's not allowed. Just keep in mind that they're last so if they gave an order and you're going the wrong way you'll most likely be killed because they don't need to warning shot.

Got Steam in April of 2015 and first game was CS:GO

CTs can reposition themselves, but they won't. If they're shooting into a group of Ts like in isolation or something, that's just plain stupid. If there is like one T in the middle, CTs probably won't reposition for the sake of their lives.

Just a quick question, two guys had a big argument today over crouching in Simon Says. I always hated the fact that Ts felt obligated to stay crouching when told "Simon says crouch" so I would usually tell them they didn't have to stay crouched. So, the guy told the Ts to crouch and one T did so, but then un-crouched and was shot in the head. In my opinion, the Ts shouldn't have to stay crouched unless told so.
