I mean.. the CT never said pick the gun back up did he? Either way this is stupid, it should be implied that you shouldn't pick the pistol back up if the CT's point of making you drop it is for you to not have it.

Situation I encountered: CT: Drop the pistol -The T drops the pistol and picks it back up- -The CT shoots the T- T: Freeshot! Freeshot! Once a T drops the pistol as they were ordered to, are they allowed to pick it back up? Or does the CT have to say "Don't pick it back up." I see this happen way too many times and the CTs are always confused on how to act.

If they can't aim and they end up freekilling, that's bad for them, you can report them (that is if they don't slay themselves realizing what they've done.). The CTs are the ones taking the risk warning shotting with an awp. Personally I would NEVER warning shot with an AWP because I don't know if they're low HP from another warning shot or something else that might damage them. Like @MyHobos said, unless someone else rebelling is in the same general area of you and the CT ends up killing both of you then it isn't crossfire.

CTs have always done that and will always manipulate death games for kills. It's why I don't play deathgames anymore. What's for dinner is a game no T will play unless they plan on dying for the fun of it.

I've always been confused about T baiting since one day on TTT. @Caution did a bit of T baiting and I killed him, I assumed he was confused so I said "You T baited." and he said "It isn't against the rules". So yeah I've always been under the assumption that it isn't against the rules. I'm not sure if @XeNo's question was answered outside of the thread but I'd really like an answer on that.
