  1. Wouldn't auto defuse bypass going to the bomb (with could take 1-5 seconds) and finding the bomb if it's not planted in an obvious spot (i.e. the flower pots in cobblestone)?

  4. Giving people in game advantages for just having more karma because they play in the server more seems a bit unfair doesnt it? Lets say a you're a terrorist with 50 health in a 1v1 with a detective. You know he's only 20 health and can't buy a health station, so you decide to rush him down. But guess what? The detective used his karma to give himself 2 healthshots and because you just started playing the server, you cant buy healthshots. If you're worried about people having too much karma, capping karma to 2k and/or having a stricter penalty on players with higher karma would do the job.
  5. We have gameme... even though it encourages rdm. But the karma system is easy to gain karma with, unless you intentionally rdm, you will gain karma naturally. And a solution to All Ts' proposed problem, why not cap karma to 2000? What reason is there to cap it to 13337? You basicly give people a free shield to mass rdm or farm gameme by killing people that barely traitor bait.
  6. Ranks In CS:GO

    Started in silver 2 and had a decent climb of roughly 1 rank up per week up until DMG. Then, after 800 hours of almost purely comp, I discovered ze. Ze basically destroyed my motivation to get good, so I decayed slowly, with an exception of tryharding after the rank shift to get back to dmg, only to stop at mge. But I believe if you're willing to play 5 cs go matches a day with proper motivation, you can get to the higher ranks easily. Also don't do ze, it ruins cs go careers. Also K/D was very inconsistent in gn for me, either I do very well or I can't get any kills.
  7. I agree! I think it has to do with custom playermodels, many other people have already said it but I'll just repeat it. But it might have something to do with minecraft hats too idk. Also, maybe having a custom viewmodel for each custom player model might help. I've seen other servers that have a custom player model and a custom viewmodel that goes with the player model have their hands perfectly visible.
  8. Archer since you can hit and run while not taking any damage because most games forget that not all classes are melee and give most of the enemies melee-only attacks. And if the game allows it and is not poorly made, a horse archer.

  10. Hello, I'm looking for friends too and I want to be your friend. Join my group, it's called LoLI, it's full of a mature person that only plays a mod inside a dlc inside a game. Hopefully you play that mod inside the dlc inside the game too. But I'm not sure if you can deal with the huge emotional swings I get into. My last friends left me because of that.
  11. Wait, am I wrong that zombies get normal speed? I thought only fast zombies get higher speed than normal and, from what I can see, only slightly.

If we lower zombie movement speed below human movement speed, there would be almost no need for backpedaling or worrying about zombies until the next defence, and it's actually decently easy to retreat from a tight hold. The knockback to ze still is a bit above average compared to other servers, so simple backpedaling works. You get three nades too (2 from spawn, 1 from /guns), so you just need you and 1 other cooperative person and you're set. And consider being the zombies, now you have no chance of trimming a few humans unless you know how to bhop (which most randoms don't) AND that the humans don't backpedal. Also, reducing running speed in zombies actually has an affect in "running simulators", it removes the already small challenge there is. Zombie behind you? Don't bother even shooting them. You outrun them.
  13. Isn't the only zombie that is faster than normal the fast zombie? And isn't just slightly faster? They take increased knockback anyway, so backpeddling is more effective on them, and if we slow the movement speed below normal, run maps like icecape or dangerous waters wouldn't work.

  15. This doesnt only happen on jb, it happens on all servers with custom viewmodels. Other servers might of fixed it or simply do not have custom models though.
  16. Because breaking up trust more and getting rid one of the ways someone can be proven is all justified because it costs 1 credit. Like other traitor items. And could be bought once. Like most other traitor items.
  17. If you really want an alternate with recording, you could always use the cs go demo system. I reccommend recording demos like this: record (year 01-99)_(month 01-12)_(day 01-31)_(time 01-24 AM/PM)_(gamemode mm,ze,ttt,etc.)_(servername sg,joinsg,etc) So an example of this would be 17_02_12_19PM_jb_sg This is good for sorting and demos can be the highest quality you want without taking up much space. If you want to make videos out of your demos, type demoui into console to load your demo and use a program like OBS to record it (with highest settings in game). It takes more effort than shadowplay but as an amd user, you dont get much options.
  18. So this would basicly buff detectives, but make the majority of innos weaker. And that note of "could possibly", so if you get a clueless/non-experienced detective, you're screwed. And if you are detective? Congrats! Now all innos rely on you to find traitors and if you die, everyone else is screwed. So if you decide to lay back in a round as a detective, you effect other innos much more than before. And remember, traitors could still id non-proven.
  19. Not all innocents track proven. And traitors could track proven too, and id only non-proven and boom, they're now "proven". But like I said, people would now stop trusting people killing "traitors" since the item will exist. So, as people learn, the item will become useless and the end result would be a heavier reliance on detectives and more distrust among innos. This would confuse new players more than they have already too, since if they already get gist of ttt they would just be confused about someone killing a "traitor" killing them or they could be completely new and get the mindset "don't trust ANYONE" after they learn that they, as innos, cannot find traitors effectly and can't really find people to trust. Take in note that traitor testers are not in all maps.
  20. Then it would be hell trying to find a traitor. Innos now can't prove themselves because "what if they bought that fancy item that makes the next body they id a t?!?!" and then there would be a heavy reliance on detectives. Also killing a "t" is no longer counted as being proven and counting traitor deaths to the total amount of traitors will not work anymore. So innos are given more reason not to trust each other in an environment where they already heavily distrust each other. Traitors causing confusion is nice and all, as that is part of being a traitor, but taking away one of an inno's only tools to trusting other people and finding traitors is basicly giving traitors free reign on innos if the traitors weren't identified already

After a year of collecting ze maps and anime player models, I've reach 70 GB in my cs:go folder [ATTACH=CONFIG]15981[/ATTACH] I can see why SG doesn't have many custom player models since the max 5 mb per 1 model would really be annoying to download compared to the 150-250 mb ze maps that are easy to download.
  23. I don't think it would work well in ttt since no inno or detective will ignore and un id'd body, so it would be a guaranteed 1 or more kills. And if an inno does know that it's a trap, another inno might thing that who ever is ignoring that body is a traitor and kill whoever runs over it.
